South Beach ‘Condo-Hotel’ in the Art Deco Quarter

Description

My Buyer purchased this unique, furnished condo-hotel in South Beach, Miami overlooking the park and the Atlantic Ocean with a fabulous price and $30,000 price negotiation in Dec. 2020.

This size of condominium is rare in the area – two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, two balconies with access from the living area and both bedrooms, and a kitchenette. The elevated bed in the living room is also unique. Six guests can stay comfortably in the unit. The view is priceless – the guests can fall asleep and wake up seeing the park and the ocean. Just stroll over Ocean Drive to the beach to enjoy the sunshine and plunge into the water. There is a pool on the top of the building with sunbeds and a bar. Do not worry about the steps – there is an elevator in the building. Have a scrumptious meal in the surrounding restaurants or just at the corner.

Beach Lifestyle

The start of a new day, watching the sunrise on the turquoise ocean while sipping the morning coffee in the bedroom. The early morning stroll or jugging in the powder sugar sand or marvel the sunset and the seagulls’ dance after a long day on the West Coast of Florida. Building sandcastles is an exciting task for adults, too, and a volleyball game in the sand also an invitation for a fun little challenge. The music of the ocean waves provides an excellent way to unwind. Indeed, Florida is pampering us daily offering watersports, events by the sea, or scrumptious meals in restaurants by the water.

The beaches substitute the yard in waterfront properties! Beach club membership comes as an amenity with condominiums or apartments. Sunbrellas, sunbeds, towels waiting the beachgoers, and in many places, they can rent kayak, jet ski, bikes or toys. When they get hungry, a meal is just an app away, and can be delivered from the building.

Transporting owners and guests by golf carts is an easy and fast way to reach the beach from the building when a few blocks away.

Needless to say, ocean and waterfront properties are real gems in the real estate market!

Jachty, plaże i sporty wodne

Mieszkańcy Florydy i licznie odwiedzający ten słoneczny stan turyści mogą cieszyć się subtropikalnym klimatem i przyjemną, ciepłą bryzą odpoczywając z pokładów niezliczonej ilości jachtów i łodzi motorowych. Wzdłuż wybrzeża pełno przystani wodnych gdzie można zacumować jacht i zjeść pyszny obiad w jednej z pobliskich restauracji.
