The start of a new day, watching the sunrise on the turquoise ocean while sipping the morning coffee in the bedroom. Orlando – Disney and the City of Beautiful

Orlando was the tourist destination of a record-breaking 66 million travelers in 2015, according to George Aguel, President and Chief Executive Officer of Visit Orlando. Setting another record, over 33 million hotel rooms were sold, so it is easy to see why Orlando became the top U. S. Destination in 2014. (Orlando Sentinel on May 2, 2016).

Orlando, also known as the City of Beautiful, is one of the best vacation destinations for families because of the myriad of unique activities that will suit everyone’s interest. Orlando is conveniently located in Central Florida. The Orlando International Airport, Tampa International Airport, and Port Canaveral make it easy for travelers from abroad or other parts of the United States to reach any part of Orlando. As one of Florida’s most populated cities, Orlando enjoys exceptional increases in property values, and thanks to its convenient location, demand for housing has made it a very healthy real estate market. According to Orlando Sentinel, May 2, 2016, the city anticipates building more hotels, which will increase the number of hotel rooms in Orlando by 3% in the next two years.

Tampa, Clearwater, St. Petersburg

Tampa Bay is a natural harbor and estuary located on the west central coast of Florida, and is surrounded by the bright and sunny cities of Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg. The city of Tampa is easy to get to from anywhere by using any of the several highways and interstates surrounding Tampa, by air via the Tampa International Airport, or by ship via one of the top eight cruise ports in America.

Tampa has a bustling downtown district with booming commerce, and with its continually growing real estate industry, Tampa offers exceptional investment opportunities for the savvy real estate investor. South of Tampa along the Gulf of Mexico

Bradenton is proud to have great residential communities, surrounded by activities for all. Whether you like to spend the day on one of the many gorgeous golf courses, relax on the nearby Anna Maria Island‘s beach, or go on a shopping spree at Ellenton Mall, Bradenton has something for everyone.

The development of Sarasota and its surrounding areas are due to John Ringling, the “King of the Circus”, who bought acres of land which became St. Armands, Lido and Longboat Key. Then, he had built his Venetian Mediterrian style mansion overlooking the bay, which even has a connection to many nations!

The Hungarian Willi Pogany painted the ballroom’s ceiling with the theme The Dancers of the Nations showing dancing couples from 16 nations. He also painted the foyer and the game room. The circus exhibitions (items, clothing, railroad car, the train of Ringling) located in two buildings. The Ringling’s exceptional art collection fills two wings of the art galleries at the Ringling Museum of Art. There is a lovely garden between the wings. The Ringling Museum is truly an outstanding place to discover!

The Classic Car Museum is home of some famous, antique, historic, exotic, and European cars. If you are interested in nature, observe the manatees playing in the Mote Aquarium with other interesting animals, and you may stroll in the Selby Botanical Garden.

Sarasota offers the most beautiful beaches – Siesta Key has the best sand in the world- featuring 99% quartz. It won the International Sand Contest, and in 2004 the Travel Channels’ Best Beaches ranked it as the Best Sand Beach in the planet. The white sand is perfect for sand-castles. Siesta Key is also perfect for permanent or seasonal residence with canals, sparkling beaches, and lush plants. The St. Armands Circle offers great stores, restaurants, coffee and sweets, and it leads to Lido Beach.

Fort Myers was chosen by Thomas Edison and soon by his friend, Henry Ford to build their winter residences by the water. Edison planted royal palms also on today’s McGregor Blvd.,and later the town earned its nickname – the City of Palms. The inventors’ homes, Edison’s laboratory, the first banyan tree of the United States, and Ford’s cars can also be seen.

The Imaginarium Hands-On Museum and Aquarium provides fun with science. The Lovers Key State Park is home of manatees, dolphins, shells, swimming etc. Fort Myers Beach with its beautiful beaches, parasailing and kayaking perfect place to relax. There are many golf courses for the lovers of this sport. Sanibel Island – North of Ft. Myers – is a place for finding shells.
